Privacy notice

Graceful Groomers (Grace Kington) is responsible for the details you send us through this website.

What we collect

Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, email address, phone number if given, your dog's name, breed and size if given, and your message.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to arrange a grooming appointment. We do not use it for marketing and we do not sell it.

Who sees it

Your enquiry is sent by email to Grace. Our email and website hosting providers handle it on our behalf. Google provides the analytics described below.

How long we keep it

Only as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and keep our business records.

Cookies

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are used. It sets cookies and collects anonymised usage data such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location. It is not used to identify you. You can block it with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on or your browser settings.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time by emailing grace@gracefulgroomers.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we use them, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
